Our powerful objection in believing
God…
Is the fact of Evil…
By the agnosticism depth is our suffering
We must love and we are in need
Of this entity of divinity
So…
If God is this loving perfect
And God is this powerful
Then what is evil in his existence
Where is his omnipotence and perfect loving?
There is a contradiction
But…
The conception of our world
Cannot be imagine in a negative theodicy
We then would live in paradise
And all suffering and pain were excluded
In imagining such life
What would have happened to our
Ethical concept,
Moral behavior,
Those would not contain a meaning
Wrong actions are the elements
In the concept of wrong doing
Then…
In our hedonistic paradise there would be no
Wrong doing, no wrong action
Nor there would be right actions
In distinction from all wrong
What would be the courage and fortitude?
No danger or difficulty
The agape aspect of love
Generosity and kindness would hold no meaning
Prudence, unselfishness
And all…
Other ethical notions
This presupposes life
Could not be formed
The world of our life
Promoting fictitious pleasure
Will be ill adapted for moral qualities
Then indeed..
Life follows only real laws of creation
And it must involve
Dangers, difficulties, problems, obstacles,
And pain, failure, sorrow, frustration, and defeat
Life indeed involves particular trials, and perils
To realize this is not
To be in possession of detailed theodicy
We must understand
That this world, and our life within it
With all its headaches and the thousands natural shocks
That flesh is heir to
Is a life..
And environment so manifestly not design
For maximization of our pleasure
And minimization of our pain
It has its purpose within divine rights
Of keeping the balance
Equilibrium…
Between what is all bad or all that is good
A purpose in …
